Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Business Development Area Manager to support our projects in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for: Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers.Conducting business negotiations with customers.Preparation of commercial offers.Preparation and approval of contracts.Acceptance orders.Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers.Maintaining reporting documentation.Managing Internal CRM tools. About you:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Pharmacy, Biology or related Life Science field2+ years experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical EnvironmentBusiness development experience in consultancy services Excellent use of office package (excel, powerpoint, outlook, visio, etc), and CRM experienceAvailability to travel.Business Development mentality: Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiasm, result orientated and team player, able to work under pressure and stay resilient. Next Steps Upon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
If there's a positive match, a technical interview with the Hiring Manager will be arranged.
In the case of a positive feedback coming from the Hiring Manager interview, the recruiter will contact you for the next steps or to discuss our proposal.
