What you'll do:
Identify New Partnership Opportunities: Research and analyze potential partners according to the department's strategy, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal, content) to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably within EdTech/Media/online learning.
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build effective relationships.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and securing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Pipedrive.
Curiosity to analyze current trends.
Prior experience with international markets.
Culture fit: Someone who exemplifies Lingokids core values and has a passion and desire to work on a mission-driven project.
Fluency in English is a must.
