As a Business Development Analyst for Hill's Pet Nutrition, you will be responsible for tracking information from products, promotions and sales (from Hill's and competitors), as well as propose recommendations by client clusters and support field employees by providing ad-hoc materials. Identify business opportunities by channel & customer.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Benchmark and distribute best practices (distribution, in store exhibitions, etc) among TM´s, regions, FSM, promoting team motivation and recognition.
Prepare and follow up the implementation and tracking of Hill's commercial activities.
Support Field Base Personnel in developing ad-hoc materials (communications/exhibitions, etc).
Regularly monitor competitor activity (promo price, promos) and ensure learnings are passed to the relevant people within the Company.
Control and monitor the Vet & Pet Customer Development Budget - GTN and ensure a correct implementation of the commercial activities.
Coordinate and manage the external merchandiser team that visits clinics and pet stores, implementing Hill's image and strategy in the clinic according to the brand's standards.
Work along a multifunctional team (marketing, logistics, finance) to guarantee the execution of every commercial cycle.
Coordinate and manage POS in stores and clinics, from forecasting and budgeting to the reception in the warehouses to the implementation in the final customer.
Maintain and coordinate the internal sales CRM tool used by the field team for daily reporting of visits and surveys.
Required qualifications (behaviors & skills):
Experience in Marketing or Customer Development.
Use of Analytical Tools, Google Sheets.
Excellent communications skills, oral & written.
Spanish language. English very fluent.
Strong Analytical Skills.
