Business Developer With Native Level Of English

We are looking for a driven and pro-active Business Development Associate with a native level of English to join a leading advertising company based in Madrid.
If you are energetic with a can-do mentality and love for digital advertising, this is your opportunity!
You're the person we're looking for if: •You have at least 1 year of experience as a Business Developer (especially doing cold calls, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach).
Any experience at a publisher sales house, trading desk, ad-tech company or digital agency will be a plus.
• You have a native level of English.
• You have a Commercial Mindset: a keen eye for detail, a knack for turning conversations positively, and a passion for digital advertising.
• You're an Independent Innovator: you can work autonomously, adapt to changing, fast-paced startup environments, and swiftly translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
• Any knowledge of Digital Media Know-How would be a plus (digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies such as header bidding - SSP's, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).
