From Global Consulting, a middle and executive management selection consultancy within IMAN companies, we are looking for a candidate for a Business Developer position for a renewable power plants company for their new Business Unit in Milan, Italy.Join our team!This role includes the next responsibilities :- Support the development of new projects, by creating a network of shareholder to support the BU Italy growing in the market- Identify and research potential clients and partners- Develop and maintain relationships with shareholder- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business- Track and report on the status of proposal components- Conduct ongoing market research- Support the development of organizational initiatives and procedures.- Additional duties attached to the role as requiredWhat do you need to have for this position?- Degree in Engineering, Finance or related. Specialized Master's degree or any other kind of knowledge on renewables is a plus.- Having at least 3 years of experience in the renewable energies sector, also experience on commercial, finance or legal fields would be valuable.- Knowledge : MS Office, AutoCAD, SIG tools.- Languages : full professional working proficiency in Italian and intermediate English.
