Join our team This role includes the next responsibilities: Support the development of new projects, by creating a network of shareholder to support the BU Italy growing in the market Identify and research potential clients and partners Develop and maintain relationships with shareholder Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed Gather useful information from customer and competitor data Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business Track and report on the status of proposal components Conduct ongoing market research Support the development of organizational initiatives and procedures. Additional duties attached to the role as required What do you need to have for this position? Degree in Engineering, Finance or related. Specialized Master's degree or any other kind of knowledge on renewables is a plus. Having at least 3 years of experience in the renewable energies sector, also experience on commercial, finance or legal fields would be valuable. Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, SIG tools. Languages: full professional working proficiency in Italian and intermediate English. Spanish is high valuable. Soft skills: High predisposition to multi-task working and flexibility for dynamic needs. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously. Self-driven and proactive attitude with high initiative to take on challenges. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
