Business Developer, Innovation & Transformation Programs

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalentExperience delivering innovation and transformation engagements for enterprise customers, including developing digital innovation opportunities, excellent project management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, and a good understanding of cloud solutions.Technical and analytical skills with significant experience in business development, change management, or program/digital product management, and understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (ideally Italian).Extensive experience in business development, consulting, and product management.Key Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Digital Innovation and Business Strategy Acceleration, you will lead customer engagements and co-ideate with business stakeholders (C-Level and Line of Business Executives) of our customers to generate new digital capabilities with a focus on Spain and Italy. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial enterprise technology sales environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, solutions architecture, marketing, partners, professional services, and sales enablement.
