As main responsible of the miniature perfume line, you will be directly responsible to grow a client portfolio, to develop a sales strategy and to commercialize Eight & Bob products all around the world.We're looking for someone who has a mix of the negotiation and collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from our partners, the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions, and the emotional intelligence and humility required to lead a fast-paced business and inspire the rest of the team and our stakeholders.Be a part of a team where you will:Lead all commercial efforts for Eight & Bob's amenities line with a special focus on our miniature perfume line.Grow a portfolio of clients with high-end luxury hotel.Establish and maintain partnerships with top partners with focus on the hospitality industry through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (partner's meetings and business reviews)Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically.Travel to visit your main accounts to commercialize Eight & Bob products and to build a relationship with your clients.You have:Min of 2 years of experience in high-performance commercial or business development environment. Preferably with experience in Perfumery, Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industries.You love selling: Proven commercial experience and passion for commercial tasks.You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything.You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented.You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others.A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.You've got a good judgment but own up to your mistakes.Good communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
