The post holder will be part of the Business Development Team providing support to the different development activities carried out by the company with main focus in Spain although due to the international group activities he/she may participate in international activities. In particular, he/she will be involved in the following activities:
Review and follow-up of the required Project PermitsDaily relationship with the Administrations and bodies involved in the permitting processNegotiate and support the closing of contracts, such as Land Lease Agreement, co-development agreements, SPA, etc.Manage external contractors providing servicesReview of the main Project parameters and specificationsFeasibility studies including land assessment, constraint identification, layout definition, and Performance Simulation reviewsConduct the project Due Diligence process when requiredSupport to the Business Development Management with:• Annual Business plan preparation, including budget, schedules, and cash flow planning.
• Preparation of market reviews and analysis.
• Progress reporting, including the status, monitoring, and tracking of the project expenses.
• Manage assigned project activities from inception to construction (when applicable).
• Support in the EPC contract negotiations and supervision.
Support to the Financial and M&A teams in executing transactions as required.Support the Management Team in case of other specific business opportunities across countries.RequirementsBachelor's (or master's degree) in Engineering, renewable energy, or related fields.Min 2 years experience in project development in the energy field.Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are an advantage.Willing to learn and progress in a dynamic and flexible company.
