-What will your day to day be like?- You will:
Identify, network, and connect with prospective clients through outreach, meetings, and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Proactively identify upsell opportunities and renewal possibilities within the current client portfolio. Make persuasive presentations to prospective clients, as well as internal teams and executives, to showcase Nacar's value proposition. Gather and analyze valuable customer and competitor data to drive strategic business decisions. Work closely with squads and cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals for clients. Negotiate contract terms with clients and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals. Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with Nacar's growth objectives. Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Analyze and report business development metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Share retrospective insights regularly, highlighting what worked, what didn't, and how to iterate for future success. -What are we looking for?- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a design or technology-focused environment. Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate value effectively to diverse stakeholders. Experience in building and managing client relationships, with a consultative approach to problem-solving. A proactive mindset, with excellent networking skills and the ability to engage with prospective clients. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage customer and market data to drive business decisions. Experience in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration.
