Key Responsibilities • Conduct methodical investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of business goals, objectives, functions, and processes.
• Define requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing costs, and enhancing sustainability.
• Quantify potential business benefits and collaborate on viable specifications and acceptance criteria for system deployment.
• Adopt and adapt business analysis approaches (predictive or adaptive) based on project context.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytics.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring the success of the data strategy.
• Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Leverage data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that aid in business decision-making.
Mandatory Requirements • Minimum years of experience in senior-level business and data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Transact SQL (Sybase ASE & IQ).
• Strong skills in statistical analysis, data visualization, and problem-solving.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to work with diverse datasets from multiple sources.
• Practical knowledge of the banking and fund management sectors, with relevant experience (e.g., Trader, Banker, Front-officer, Back-office clerk, Accountant, Risk Manager, Administrative Expert, etc.).
• Track record of successful projects involving data analysis to deliver actionable insights.
