You will communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and drive data tracking decisions to build efficient data collection and reporting.
Role ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors that impact digital banking operations.Develop and maintain analytical models and tools to support data analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling.Work closely with cross-functional teams of product owners, business owners, and domain experts to collect relevant information for the topics being analyzed.Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports to monitor and measure digital banking performance.Conduct customer segmentation analysis and customer journey mapping to improve personalized offerings and customer satisfaction.Interpret our customers' needs and turn them into functional or data requirements and process models.Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management clearly and compellingly.Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital banking and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and integrity for analysis.Write queries or data transformation scripts using SQL and Python.Role RequirementsStrong mathematical/statistical background as well as a business-oriented mindset.Proficient in working with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel skills. Experience working with Python will be considered an advantage.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.Excellent verbal and written business English skills.Proactive with a can-do attitude and always looking into process improvement.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
