We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive Business Coordinator to support our Spanish team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and successful project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to gain diverse business experience while contributing to our growing success.
What will you do? Onboard new customers into internal systems and maintain effective communication throughout the customer journey.Manage cash collection processes and ensure timely payments for vendors and partners.Coordinate the delivery of samples for tenders, congresses, and representatives, managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with key requirements.Check and review expenses, ensuring adherence to Spanish tax regulations.Oversee the management and updating of price lists, ensuring timely and accurate adjustments.Handle quote generation and manage sales reporting to support key business functions.Manage GAMA Spain's inbox, addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly.Monitor and handle notifications from various national platforms, ensuring proper follow-up.Organize and oversee GAMA's participation in congresses and events, handling logistics and follow-up.Collaborate with fleet management providers to ensure smooth operations of GAMA's company vehicles.Live GAMA's values every day: Passionate; Win Together; Caring; Curious and Innovative; Have Fun!What will you need? Proven experience in business coordination, administration, or similar roles.Strong knowledge of financial processes, including cash collection, invoicing, and tax compliance in Spain.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to interact with internal teams and external clients.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing customer relationships and operational support.What will you get when you join GAMA?
