Business Controller - [R797]

Monthly Closing Support: Calculation of accruals, deferred income, provisions, ensuring correct charging of expenses to cost centers and internal orders, and P&L analysis.
Responsibilities:
Control of internal accounts and proper allocations and clearing in the books.
Interaction with accounting team.
Elaboration of accurate and timely reporting of closing data.
G&A Financial Planning and Forecasting support.
Interaction with Business Controller at FAO organization.
Identification and implementation of potential improvements of internal process flow in collaboration with different business units.
Ensure cost control processes.
Budget control.
Monthly review and analysis of P&L.
Support and elaboration of internal reporting every month after closing: cost center reports, headquarter reports.
Contribution to manage Internal/External Audits.
Preparation of Board of Directors meeting presentations.
Preparation of Financial Workshops.
Special Assignments.
Qualifications:
Business Controller with German/French/Italian and English.
Previous working experience.
Experience in Controlling or in another business area with interface with Controlling.
University Degree in Business Administration; MBA is desired.
Accounting Qualification with appropriate post-qualification experience (Spanish NPGC).
Knowledge of the entire controlling process and interdependencies with other accounting and non-accounting areas.
Knowledge of SAP (FI and CO Modules).
Computer literate in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
German/French/Italian at least C1.
Fluent in English.
