Trusting Neolith means having a guarantee.Reporting directly to our Chief Controlling Officer in Headquarters, Neolith joins a Business Controller. His/Her mission will be:To prepare and review period end financial statements of the subsidiaries and production plant, as well as perform reporting and analytical reviews of the monthly operation results to ensure reasonability and accuracy of the numbers.To maintain partnership across the group (with local VPs and local teams), to support both financially and analytically towards their goals and priorities. Prepare quarterly performance reports for the boards.To supervise the accounting of the subsidiaries and ensure proper compliance with our policies and all applicable regulations.Main Responsibilities:Analyses, understands and reports performance of the subsidiaries to the senior management on a monthly /quarterly basis.Prepares regular timely financial reports and provides support on budget and month-end processes.Calculates variances form the budget and forecasts and reports significant issues.Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.Establishes, monitors, and enforces internal controls across the organization.Job Requirements:Degree in Finance, Accounts, Business Administration or any related field.Minimum 2 – 3 years of background in audit, controlling or transactions services positions (ideally at a big four), with a proper knowledge and hands-on experience in finance, accounting, budgeting and forecasting.Previous experience in industrial sector/ fabrication in Multinational environment will be appreciated.Expertise on finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.Ability to analyse financial data and prepare ad-hoc financial reports.Business intelligence tools knowledge (Power BI / Power Query).
