WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Business Continuity Vendor Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for certifying and managing vendors regarding contingency risks: Review and challenge the inherent risk scoring of critical services. Certify critical services/vendors, establish and monitor remediation plans, and issue a residual risk rating. Report and collaborate with local and Global Business Continuity teams regarding risk assessment results, continuous improvement of risk methodology, etc. Periodic reporting to local Cost/Risk areas and respective committees. EXPERIENCE Minimum years of work experience in Business Continuity Planning, IT Risk or Audit, or Disaster Recovery. EDUCATION Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar - Industry certifications (such as ISO). SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO. Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, IT Audit practices, IT Risk Management. Communication and oral expression in Spanish and English. OTHER INFORMATION Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
