What are we looking for If you are looking for a sales management position in a foreign country, CBU is your previous step. Through an international environment, being a key player in strategic projects implementations, and acting as the first support line for the sales teams of your assigned markets, in a couple of years, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a General Sales Manager.
You can be based anywhere! Ideally in our offices in Madrid or Almería (Cantoria).
Traveling around 70% of the time.
Smart Working remote 50%.
What you will do Gain the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be the person responsible for one of our Business Units. Support our Business Units through temporary back-ups. Provide internal consultation to the different Business Units in order to analyze business performance and implement and follow up the action plans, defined together with the General Manager, in order to reach operational and management excellence. Identify and implement observed best practices in each Business Unit. Train new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles. Analyze the market (competition, trends, etc.). Implement Strategy Projects through the business Units. Implement the Cosentino Business Model. What you need to succeed Qualifications / Certifications: Bachelor's Degree related to Business or Construction topics are preferred.
Languages: Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience.
Others: Knowledge about our business. High level of English is a must; French desired and other languages are a plus. Driving license. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently. Problem-solving skills. Teamwork, proactivity, reliability.
