Business Consulting Specialist Location: Madrid, ES, 28046
What are we looking for If you are looking for a sales management position in a foreign country , CBU is your previous step . Through an international environment, being a key player in strategic project implementations, and acting as the first support line for the sales teams of your assigned markets, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a General Sales Manager .
You can be based anywhere , ideally in our offices in Madrid or Almería (Cantoria).
Traveling around 70% of the time
Smart Working remote 50%
What you will do MAIN: Gain the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be the person responsible for one of our Business Units.
MAIN: Supporting our Business Units through temporary back-ups.
Providing internal consultation to the different Business Units to analyze business performance and implement and follow up the action plans defined together with the General Manager to reach operational and management excellence.
Identifying and implementing observed best practices in each Business Unit.
Training new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles.
Analyzing the market (competition, trends, etc.).
Implementing Strategy Projects through the Business Units.
Implementation of the Cosentino Business Model.
What you need to succeed Qualifications/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree related to Business or Construction topics are preferred.
Languages: Fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience.
Others:
Knowledge about our business.
High level of English is a must; French desired. Other languages are a plus.
Driving license.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently.
Problem-solving skills.
Team working, proactivity, reliability.
