Are you ready to join us?About The RoleYou will be part of an International team that works for customers all over Europe.Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible to optimize the use of our solutions for our existing customers - and specifically for the Finnish market.You will join our International Existing Business team, but you will also guide new customers through their implementation.The long term objective is that your attention shifts solemnly to the existing customers.You work with a variety of clients, from SME's to big international companies to ensure the best customer journey.You analyze and understand customer needs and translate them into the best possible solution within our software.You help your clients get the most out of our software by providing configuration, trainings, workshops, advice and support.You build a long term, sustainable relationship with your customer portfolio.
