Bitpanda is looking for a Business Automation Analyst with a strong focus on automation delivery, ready to elevate our operations to the next level.
Your expertise will help transform our business, making Bitpanda more agile, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals.What you'll doEnsure the delivery of automation solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, then translating them into actionable plans for developers.Organize UAT processes to maintain high-quality standards before deployment.Partner with the development team to integrate advanced deployment automation, ensuring an end-to-end automation delivery process.Who you areDemonstrated experience in business process analysis, improvement, building automations, and quality assurance, with a track record of successfully implementing change.Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.Ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies that drive business performance and ensure quality standards.Experience working in a tech environment, preferably with automation tools (low-code BPMs, RPA platforms, etc.
