About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Manager of Analytics to join our dynamic Gartner Conferences analytics team in Gurgaon. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong technical skills combined with exceptional data storytelling ability, both oral and written. This individual will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of 2-4 people, driving analytics initiatives, and solving complex business problems.
What you will do: Lead and manage a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Develop and implement analytics strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.Utilize advanced analytics techniques and tools to uncover insights, identify trends, and solve complex business problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define analytics requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations.Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in written reports or presentations.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.What you will need: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) is required.A master's degree or equivalent is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business outcomes.Consulting experience preferred.Strong technical skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.Excellent data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience in managing and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to think analytically and strategically to tackle complex business challenges.Self-driven and motivated, with a passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business success.What you will get: Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, and more!
