YOUR MISSION As part of the Regional Courier Operations team you will be responsible for helping build the bridge between the Courier Operations strategy and the Local teams in the ECA region (Europe & Central Asia).
We are looking for someone to connect, understand and push forward solutions to improve the pain points we face in each market of the region in order to win the market.
You will be accountable for the results on each of our main KPIs, and will work together alongside Global and Local stakeholders to design and execute the action plan required in order to bring our Operations to the next level, from our office in Barcelona.
We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop.
THE JOURNEY Travel across all the countries in the region of ECA: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Armenia (and more to come).
Understand each country's challenges in order to adapt the strategy and maximize the results.
Be responsible for a part of our operations, having plenty of visibility with the majority of our company.
Ensure our supply is balanced, operating each lever available in a controlled and data-driven way.
Be responsible for courier acquisition optimisation, courier funnel optimisation, courier onboarding excellence, newbies quality, retention boosting and many more from data perspective: Providing deep analytics, creating dashboards, bots, simulations, data models.
Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs.
Create postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries.
Use your data visualization skills, in order to support delivered messages in the most efficient way.

Report directly to the Courier Operations Manager.
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Glover lifecycle through out-of-the-box thinking.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
