Your role in the team
Objectives
Definir la mejor solución conectando las necesidades y requerimientos de todas las partes.
Responsable de analizar el entorno: procesos internos a revisar, crear o eliminar.
Responsabilizarse del backlog del proyecto, durante toda la vida del mismo.
Tasks
Coordinar con el PO (Product Owner) la actividad de análisis funcional del Software.
Identificar a los stakeholders que deben participar en la recogida de información y de requerimientos y en la validación de los documentos funcionales.
Identificar proveedores terceros implicados en el proceso de construcción del software y reunirse con ellos en caso de que sea necesario incorporar información a los documentos funcionales.
Planificar el proceso de recogida de requerimientos con el cliente y convocar y dirigir las sesiones.
Coordinar junto con el equipo de UX/UI para conseguir una alineación entre la definición funcional y el diseño.
Participar junto con los analistas juniors en la elaboración de la documentación y velar por la calidad de la misma.
Definir junto al PO el backlog, identificando las épicas, features e historias de usuario que representan el objetivo del proyecto.
Verificar que las historias de usuario están completas en su definición, describiendo la solución funcional con los criterios de aceptación.
Debe garantizar la correcta realización de los sign off, tanto a nivel operativo como garantizando que se realice por todos los stakeholders implicados.
Asegurar que los criterios de aceptación incluyen un "unhappy paths" y excepciones visuales.
