What you will do:The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Spearhead initiatives to boost sales and revenue across multiple channels and devices, focusing on a diverse range of products within the Revenue Management area including flights, insurances, bags, cars, hotels, and more.Strategize and Innovate Pricing: Collaborate with key teams to craft and refine pricing strategies. Ensure the seamless development and integration of new product capabilities and touchpoints in the sales funnel working closely with Product Development, Competition Insights, Business Intelligence, and IT.Leverage Data Science and Machine Learning: Partner with Data Science experts to implement cutting-edge machine learning tools and methodologies. Drive continuous optimization of predictive models to enhance revenue management processes.Develop Impactful Business Cases: Create compelling business cases for new products and strategies. Provide detailed analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive implementation success.Enhance KPIs and Pricing Methods: Actively engage in the enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs), pricing methodologies, and tools. Aim for continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead in the market.Lead Cross-Departmental Initiatives: Contribute to strategic initiatives that span across multiple departments. Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.What you need to succeed:Good to have: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.)2 to 4 years of experience in a role with a strong analytical component is preferred.Strong analytical skills, fast learner with high attention to detail, and focused on results and productivity.SQL skills: strong experience in understanding and manipulating large amounts of data, transforming it into relevant metrics and analyses.Advanced Looker/Google Data Studio knowledge or similar.Advanced Office skills: Strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with the Google toolset (spreadsheets, Google Docs, etc.).Strong communication and data storytelling skills.Experience presenting, communicating, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.Good prioritization skills.A self-starter and team player who also enjoys having fun.Can-do attitude and positive mindset.Business Proficiency in English.What's in it for you?The best talent deserves the best benefits.
