**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**:**Job Description**:The Business Analyst for the Congress and Event platform is responsible for the ongoing operations of the system.Integrations and data.Main Responsabilities- Own the support model and play a key role in directing various levels of support teams to fulfill servicerequests and resolve incidents and problems.- Direct upgrades and enhancements to the system, participate in defining solutions, and be responsible fortesting to ensure stable and successful releases on the platform.- Bridge the gap between various business facing IT stakeholders and the technical teams that support theplatform (e.G. vendor management in cases where a partner vendor is required).- Work directly with business users and 3rd party partner users (e.G. brand agencies).- As a SME, the System Analyst is accountable for change control, user account administration, systemmaintenance, problem and incident management (L3 support), interface ownership, documentation (e.G. end user,support, system specs, etc.), security and compliance, coordination with the software vendor and other IT teams,business support, performance indicators, knowledge of the existing tools and their architecture, continuousimprovement of the support model, knowledge management, etc.Required Experience & Skills- Understanding of relational database, client-server and data integration concepts.- Ability to communicate to business and IT contacts on a variety of topics.- English proficiency (spoken and written).- ITIL Certification and Jira/Confluence experience.- Prior Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is a plus.**What do we offer?**Permanent contract.Flexible working hours.Free lunch on the client's canteen.Flexible remuneration (transport ticket, restaurant tickets, etc.)Health insurance.Training and certifications.Excellent and multilingual environment.Work from home.**About Omega**We are an independent company whose mission is to accelerate the business experience (BX) of its clients.
