For one of our best clients we are looking for an Customer Engagement Insights Analyst.
Job Description: As a Customer Engagement Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Engagement Insights team in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer engagement strategies across the EMEA region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document technical business cases, generate automated insights, and support the Hub & Spoke model across the region. Additionally, you will assist with project management and change management activities related to dashboard implementation and training.
Key Responsibilities: Automated Insights: Utilize your technical and business skills to automate insights and generate actionable data-driven recommendations, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of these insights for various business needs. Hub & Spoke Support: Support the implementation and optimization of the Hub & Spoke model for salesforce effectiveness and customer engagement. Document best practices and technical solutions to facilitate efficient operations. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Customer Engagement team. Provide regular updates on project status, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Dashboard Change Management and Training: Support the implementation and change management of dashboards used by the Customer Engagement Insights team. Conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using new dashboards and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engeneering or a related discipline). 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of reporting BI tools like Qlik or PowerBI. Familiarity with SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis. Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed technical and business documents. Experience in project management and PMO support.
