Business Analyst , P&BBarcelona, SpainHybrid As a Business Analyst in the perfumery division, you will play a key role in one of the company's largest Global Strategic Accounts.
We are looking for a proactive colleague who can drive and support business operations and commercial activities.
This includes sales support, price management, financial and market analysis.
Working on daily operations will expose you to the inner workings of the account and allow you to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders at DSM-Firmenich, namely: supply chain, finance, pricing, and sales excellence teams.
The role offers a steep learning curve to expand your operational and commercial toolbox in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage price list and ensure alignment with the customer systems.
Support and develop analytical basis for strategic decisions, e.G.
core listing, transparency model, rebates schemes reconciliation, etc.
Responsible for analysis of sales and financial performance to drive better decision making for the account, i.E.
sales reports, market trends, etc.
Ensure efficient sales operations.
Support in the optimization of the portfolio management to ensure smooth phase in and phase-out of the materials.
Build strategic roadmaps to drive efficiencies and results of UL GBU, e.G.
project management of margin diluter.
Identify and deploy best practices amongst the team, ensuring continuous process improvement.
Being key in ensuring smooth collaboration between our local accounts team and global key stakeholders.
Support in regulatory activities, i.E.
IFRA, RM shortages, new regulations.
E2E program tracking and promoting the delivery of programs & key milestones.
Ensure data maintenance and update in the customer supply portal.
