We're hiring for a Business Analyst as part of Merkle in Barcelona.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Platforms team in Barcelona. This role will involve working across our CXM, Media, and Creative brands.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Create and support Power BI dashboards
Maintain and support the ERP (NAV Dynamics)
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Business Management, End Users, and other stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and Power BI issues
Analyze databases to generate and automate reports
Translate business requirements into ERP and BI solutions
Assist in systems migration.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience working within an ERP environment and with Power BI
Understanding of Finance End-to-End processes
General knowledge of ERP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Finance, Projects and Resource Management and Reporting
Comprehension of databases structure
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate tools for data visualisations and automations
Experience with Navision Dynamics, Business Central, Paprika or D365 is a plus
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
