Where will you work?: Gran empresa dedicada a la tecnología electrónica integral: interruptores, cableado, iluminación en gral. En el año 2007 han sufrido un proceso de expansión muy importante, en el que incorporaron un total de 600 nuevos puestos, de los cuales externalizaron el 10%. Quieren unificar consultorías para tener 2 o 3 fijas que conozcan el perfil y que se impliquen totalmente con los procesos. Para este año prevén también un fuerte incremento en las incorporaciones, aunque no con tantas incorporaciones.What will you do?As an IT Business Analyst:You will provide quotation pricing E2E Support.You will provide support to Q&P champion, be the support first level of escalation, address coordinate critical issues resolution with the Q&P support teams.You will challenge support teams on issues resolution.You will manage Business IT Demand.You will clarify needs expressed by Champions, do a first validation of request (look for alternative on standard Q&P solution, verify compatibility with core process and solution involving platforms experts).You will transform the champion request into a demand understandable by Q&P teams (functional specifications).You will ensure that business needs are correctly prioritized by Q&P teams, follow up realization, provide regular report on ongoing demands.You will support releases deployment.You will understand and promote new features, participate and support UATs campaign including non-regression tests, ensure communication to the Q&P community.You will manage relationship with champions BPO (Business Process Owner).You will provide information about Q&P solution evolution.You will follow up action plan to address issues and business needs.You will manage relationship with the Q&P teams.Who are we looking for?You are the person we are looking for if:You have leadership PM skills.You have good understanding of IT landscape, Business processes and country/zone Operations specificities.You are fluent in English.Do you need +info?: Victoria Fluiters- (+34) 91 590 04 31
