Job description: As a business analyst you'll actively participate, through your data driven insights, in optimising performance and supporting operational teams & project roll-out.
In this highly transverse role, you'll interact with a wide spectrum of teams (Operations/Acquisitions/Product/Commercial) and actively participate in the group's growth dynamic.
You'll support the daily operations of the Business Operations team:
Create, update and track all business performance through analysis on a daily basis;Effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads, product management, and other departments;Proactively develop reports and analysis of performance including segmentation analysis;Track, analyse, and alert teams of all key business KPIs and provide qualitative feedback in order to support business decision making;Requirements:
1+ years experience in a similar role;Mobile VAS experience industry is a must;Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach;High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity;Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully;Good communication and organisational skills;Ability to work collaboratively with team members;Drive and motivation to exceed objectives;Highly organised and exceptional time management;Business level English;Benefits:
