Job Responsibilities / Role: As a Murex Support Functional Specialist you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, being part of a Suport team and providing the users with solutions to any issue that may arise, helping them to get the best from Murex to facilitate the business objectives.
We need somebody to help us in different fronts: Strongly serving and supporting the client and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customer Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination Follow with different teams the development and test evolution Available for periodic on-duty support Removing impediments/risks.
Active participation to remove impediments or finding the right personnel to remove the risks Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Contribution of possible solutions with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information Location: Madrid Full remote Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
