We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services.- We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.Mission:Participate and collaborate in the Business Transformation projects within the organization.Your key responsibilities:- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify business needs and objectives- Lead workshops for requirements gathering through User Stories involving the different business areas- Understand and analyze current business flows in order to design a TO BE through performing process mapping and gap analysis to cover gaps, identify areas of improvement and enhance user experience- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including specifications, reports, ppts and user manuals- Participate in the development and execution of business transformation project's testing, ensuring quality and performance- Collaborate with the Project Manager ensuring compliance with timelines and successful delivery- Participate in EU alignment meetings and stand up for the requirement in the Spanish business- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, training and change management.Experience and skills:- 1+ years of previous experience as business analyst or consultant- Leadership and problem-solving skills- Strong presentation and communication skills- Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization- Analytical skills: date and problem-solving oriented- Attention to detail to ensure the quality of implemented solutions- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment- Quick learning ability- Ability to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities- Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plusQualifications and knowledge:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Computer Science or Information Technology- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel- Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage- English both writing and speaking fluent El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:Https://www.Kitempleo.Es/empleo/111397049/business-analyst-uqx786-madrid/?utm_source=html#J-18808-Ljbffr
