Your missionYou will gather and analyse user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market.
You will focus on reporting risks, and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects.
On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies.
You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
You will organise and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions.
What you bring to the tableCompleted studies in the field of IT or business administration.
At least 2 -3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position.
Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning.
A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills.
A high level of German and English.
What would thrill usKnowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence.

The minimum salary for this position is € 40,000.00 gross per annum (full-time) at the start of the career, depending on qualifications/training – further overpayment is of course possible depending on professional experience and alignment with the market.
