Years of Experience Needed: At least 3 years' working experience in business analysis; project management skills being a plus.
Technical Skills: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analysis.Conduct data analysis to gain insights into business processes, performance, and trends.Identify opportunities to automate data analyses and streamline reporting.Leverage data science software like Python as well as analytics/visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau to transform raw data into meaningful insights.Determine the most effective ways to visualize data, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.Present the results and recommendations to the project team and contribute to the action plan for improvements.Be in contact with users, assess their feedback and propose paths forward on how to improve possible solutions.Work independently, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to successful completion.Certifications Needed: Must be, at least, intermediate in Python.Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.Ability to think creatively and suggest original solutions to business.Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, or any relevant field; English proficiency.
