Business Analyst - Process & Master Data focus on a D365 Finance transformation program. Wanted for a 6 months contract with good day rate options for the right Business Analyst. My client is a European market leader in their field of expertise who are embarking on a multi-year global finance transformation programme. The program involves three main pillars - Internal Controls, Management Reporting, and ERP. This includes global deployment of CCH Tagetik (Corporate Performance Management finance transformation platform) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to approximately 20 different business units.Day to Day Expectations: As the Business Analyst, you will work across the D365 programme's functional streams (O2C, P2P, R2R) in providing guidance, advice, and support to the transformation programme in areas of design, implementation, and execution of the E2E business process. You will work closely with the wider Transformation Team, your direct peers within the Transformation Functional Team, the System Implementation partners, and the company group & country businesses. Working from any location in Spain is possible, ideally Barcelona, but with the capability of occasional travel.Key Responsibilities:Identify country-specific needs and wants through workshops; Advise on the E2E O2C/P2P/R2R global process design, aligned with parallel & upcoming projects; Define and manage the master data business process; Drive business readiness for ERP go-live by providing leadership and support regarding country master data (cleansing, extraction, mapping, loading, and validation); Collaborate with the Global Process Owners, ensuring change initiatives are aligned with the strategy and enterprise architecture; Coordinate with theTest Manager to ensure requirements are captured in a testable, prioritised way, thereby supporting the execution of a suitably risk-based approach to testing; Team up with the Training Manager to assure training requirements are identified and documented, and support both design and delivery of training; Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Transformation Team to determine solutions to problems, ideas, and changes; Identify ContinuousImprovement initiatives; Participate and contribute in relevant horizontal and vertical meetings; Ensure all relevantdocumentation is kept up-to-date
