Business Analyst Junior (Entorno Banca)

From Experis Manpower Group, we are selecting a Business Analyst for a stable project with one of our major clients in the banking sector.
What will you do?
Principal responsibilities:
Work closely with the Financial Control business leaders to identify business requirements and then translate into technical specifications.
Review, analyze and create documentation of business systems and user needs including workflow and program functions.
Translate functional specifications into development plans.
Generate use case scenarios.
Coordinate and perform the testing of configuration or programming changes.
We need someone with the following skills:

Financial knowledge
Desired experience in banking business
Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and communicate complex issues in a simple way
Experience in working in projects under both agile and waterfall methodologies (desirable)

Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with other team members

Able to discuss requirements in business and technical terms (technical awareness will need to be demonstrated)
