This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to further advance their careers.The RoleYou will be responsible for segmenting our client base, priority setting & target identification supported by data, analysis, and insights.Drive ongoing opportunity mapping and monitoring; provide data insights on opportunities to Sales & Client Management leadership across multiple lines of business to maximize potential outcomes.Support growth strategies, with prospect identification/prioritization and product penetration analysis.Build and maintain relationships - locally, regionally, and globally - in order to identify and develop joint account planning opportunities.Working closely with marketing to develop and track performance of data driven client opportunities.Collaborate with account plan action items, tracking follow up actions / ongoing monitoring, and consolidate information and report to Leadership to ensure opportunities are maximized.Responsible for enablement of sales tools and ensure alignment with global sales methodology to ensure consistency in our offering.The RequirementsBusiness related University degree.2+ years experience working in a business support role.Practical knowledge of technical business analysis and appropriate tools to achieve this aim.Skilled at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to represent the Sales & Client Management practice and WTW with integrity and credibility.Communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Experienced in Microsoft tools - primarily Excel and PowerPoint.Progress and/or willingness towards industry recognised qualification(s).
