.At ING we are looking for a Business Analyst for the Internal Customer Tribe Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our HR Squad of Internal Customer Tribe .
Your key responsibilities: Own the Requirements management process: documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
Responsible for the improvement of the requirements process within the asset throughout delivery.
Play an important role in the cooperation between the (agile) change organisation and the business, supporting Tribes and squads to take decisions by substantiating and presenting the different (functional and solution) design alternatives and their impact in a clear way.
Have the competency and seniority to work autonomously, yet closely aligned on content/process with Squads and leads where needed.
Analyse issues and propose solutions, being responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective coordinating what is required to get to a result.
Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work with the end users, the Area Lead, Product Owner and the Feature Engineer to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements.
Write and execute test plans against the requirements.
As an expert in the area, you specifically add value on that technical layer.
