As a Business Analyst on our team, you will:
Make assignments of resources to upcoming projects, based on availability, skillset and fitCreate and maintain a centralized pool of Client resources and track employee skills, experience, and workload capacityPrepare and present operational reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements and recommendationsFinancialForce/Salesforce record creation and management based on standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, the following objects: project, resource request, staffing, assignment, timecard, resource and contactYour qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
