The main purpose of this role will be to carry out monthly analysis of the hotels' financial results, follow-up on hotels' budget, as well as ensuring the forecast accuracy.This position will report directly to the Finance Manager Operations for the Mediterranean countries, covering 4 countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece).Role Duties:Fully integrated within the Southern Europe Hub's Financial division (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece), you will be part of the FP&A Hotels team, focusing on Mediterranean countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece).Recurring Financial Process: Monthly stats and accounting closing, data collection, reliability checks, follow-up on hotels' performance analysis (revenues, costs, fees).Participate in the business review meeting with the Revenue Manager Team and VPOM's analyzing the hotels P&L vs. last year, budget, and forecast to ensure budget and action plans implementation if needed.Participate in the elaboration of monthly business review, analyzing the hotels' results and KPIs, providing relevant analysis for decision makers.Prepare reporting tools to follow-up the results. Follow-up the hotels' rolling forecast, ensuring good accuracy.Budget Hotel Process: Support hotels in the budget process, preparing local tools and training.
