Stationed in our main office but working closely with senior leadership, particularly the Chief Business Development Officer and CEO, this role offers a panoramic view of our operations. As our Business Analyst, you will become the organizational linchpin, managing and spearheading diverse projects from market research to administration. In the ever-evolving landscape of our business, your adaptability, entrepreneurial spirit, and keen eye for process optimization will be invaluable. Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree in Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Experience or familiarity with startup environments. Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for innovation. Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish. Primary Responsibilities : Serve as the direct assistant to the Chief Business Development Officer and CEO, providing consistent and actionable insights. Oversee diverse projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Engage with suppliers, ensuring the best deals and fostering long-term partnerships. Handle administrative and financial tasks, optimizing for efficiency and profitability. Provide support in sales and marketing ventures, contributing to campaigns and customer acquisition strategies. Facilitate general management activities, from internal communications to setting up team meetings. Desirable Qualifications : Demonstrated ability to create and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge or experience in the energy or IoT sectors. Experience in using business analytics tools and software. Strong sense of initiative, proactive in identifying challenges and solutions. Understanding of sales funnels, marketing strategies, and CRM tools. A history of working in or leading cross-functional teams. What do we offer? Full-time contract.
