Position: Business Analyst
Location: Malaga, Spain (Hybrid 4 days onsite a week)
Duration: Long Term B2B Contract
Job Description:Participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.Supporting the product owner with decision making, serving as the 'bridge' between developers and product stakeholders.Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.Foresee customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.Update products' functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.Testing responsibilities: support the SDET in the testing scenario generation and testing data/files creation plus lead the UAT (define & perform the user acceptance testing as well as report bugs and testing results).Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.EXPERIENCEEssential: 1-2 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.Nice to have: Experience in TDD/BDD practices.EDUCATIONCertificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
Technical background would be a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEEssential: Agile Methodologies.User level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Life-cycle Management), and Microsoft Teams tools.Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.Excellent communication skills.Proactive and oriented to results.Good change management.Nice to have: Spanish language proficiency.Knowledge of supply chain finance products (e.g., Confirming).Understanding of payment methods and accounting.
