About the role: Here are the key aspects of your role: Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with business users to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Analyze data to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
Legal and Regulatory Understanding: Familiarize yourself with legal rules and regulations relevant to the business domain.
Ensure compliance by incorporating legal requirements into system designs.
What do you have to offer?
University degree or equivalent knowledge.
Curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
Several years of experience in business analysis.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
More than 4 years experience as a business analyst.
