Business Analyst

At Plexus, we are looking to hire a Business Analyst to work with us.Requirements:Experience in data analysis performing data mapping/source data identification, source reconciliation, and data validations.Financial Literacy - Have experience working in financial services/banking organizations with knowledge of financial services/retail, business, and corporate banking.Documentation - Experience performing data and process analysis to create specification documents.Knowledge of AWS.Strong Hadoop/SQL experience - Able to test changes and issues successfully, replicating code functionality in SQL.Analyst Skills - Experience in end-to-end project management activities such as preparing estimating plans, creating specifications, creating technical requirements (Jira), and testing solutions, including creating test case scenarios.Technical skills - Able to read Scala/Spark code.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.With our hybrid model, Flexology, you can work from wherever your talent best flows: from any of the 24 work centers we have in Spain, from your home, or combining both modalities.
