Position Overview: The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights.
They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes and drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to refine business strategies based on data findings.
Optimize workflows using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvement.
Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience with PowerPoint and Google Slides for presentations.
Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Knowledge of the restaurant/hospitality or sports industries (preferred).
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Nice to Haves: Passion for soccer and food.
Experience with multi-unit operations.
