Pragmatic, innovative, data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated are skills crucial to the success of this role.What You'll DoAs a Business Analyst, you will work directly with the requesting parties to contextualize, document, and mobilize projects and programs. You will collaboratively define the initial scope of work, document stakeholders, contextualize project goals, and move requests through the intake process. Along with contextualizing essential project information, you will work with your team to define and refine the Project Intake and data gathering process, along with the following key responsibilities:Interact with key stakeholders to understand their needs and document project requirementsIdentify the groups and individual stakeholders involved with a projectConduct discovery to contextualize the Scope of a ProjectLay the foundation for the project charterCreate templates and artifacts that will be used throughout the ProjectWork with stakeholders involved to proactively identify risks and issuesIdentify and recommend best practices and improvements to business analyst processes and proceduresDevelop and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs and ensure business data and reporting needs are metEffectively translate business data for management metric reviewsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience3+ years of Business Analyst work experienceProject Management experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to:Type and organize information in real-timeDocument requirements in a usable mannerLeverage collaborative tools to document in real-timeBe accountable, trustworthy, transparent, and dependableIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
