What You Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst position within the financial sector, knowledge and understanding of UML is an advantageVery good stakeholder management skills, including the ability to convince others of the proposed solutionStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration toolsAbility to work with Agile methodologies; SAFe knowledge and experience is an advantageExperience in contributing to the definition of best practices and process standardizationVery good verbal and written skills in English and Spanish; German is a plusWhat You Will DoEngage with colleagues at all levels and from different organizations to meet business requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical documentation as well as conduct current and target impact analysis.
