Business Analyst – Point of Sale System
Location Considered: Madrid
A dynamic and innovative technology company revolutionizing the way businesses manage their point-of-sale (POS) systems seeks a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate should possess project management skills and expertise in the Restaurant, F&B, and Retail industries.
Reporting to the COO, the Business Analyst will enhance global POS products and integrated solutions. This role involves collaboration with C-level executives, the product team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, as well as the marketing and business development team to support growth initiatives and implement KPIs for measuring success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executives, product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
Lead projects to enhance POS products and integrated solutions, from conception to delivery.
Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Coordinate with external stakeholders for seamless integration of POS solutions.
Work with marketing and business development to identify growth opportunities.
Automate and simplify business processes for efficiency.
Implement and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and drive improvement.
Support the development team by clarifying requirements and managing scope changes.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of POS systems, payment processing, and inventory management.
Experience with project management, and Agile development.
Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English.
