Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to work at a reputable company in the automotive sector The role involves developing solutions that align with business requirements and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. Services Required: Develop and present solutions that meet business requirements effectively and efficiently. Validate solutions to ensure they align with client business requirements. Cooperate with business units to identify and implement business requirements. Professional interaction with development teams and other stakeholders. Moderate larger events (e.g., project meetings, requirements workshops) and conduct presentations. Document and present findings and recommendations. Conduct research and prepare structured and target group-oriented presentations. Location: Frankfurt am Main Mandatory Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, including technical data and process modeling with UML 2.0 and EPK. Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in knowledge of timetable and timetable planning, including data flows between systems and output of timetable data for transport companies. Minimum 3 years of experience in stakeholder management in complex IT environments with multiple applications and stakeholders. Experience in industry standards and cross-company cooperation within the transport industry. Knowledge of VDV documents and their application in public transport and rail is preferred. C2 level German language knowledge. Desirable Skills: 2.5 years of experience in requirements management, including analysis in complex IT environments and preparation of requirements documentation. 4 years of experience in creating and presenting structured and target group-oriented presentations to diverse audiences. Completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
