In Lynk & Co, the Customer Tech team is responsible for providing the tools and solutions that enable our employees to deliver an efficient, personalized, and contextualized end-user experience. This role will be based in Barcelona , offering a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and growing tech hub.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify opportunities for feature development and improvement on the Customer Engagement Platform.
Monitor and document implemented features, suggesting improvements and identifying potential risks.
Prepare functional specifications for new features and work alongside application experts to develop solutions.
Implement customizations to Dynamics 365 and related platforms, ensuring that features meet business requirements.
Conduct user training and drive product adoption to ensure teams successfully utilize new features and tools.
Perform business analysis for new feature development, identifying user needs and business requirements.
Guide stakeholders through testing developed solutions to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
Facilitate Agile processes by running Agile rituals, workshops, and refinement sessions, breaking down features into executable user stories and ensuring smooth execution of sprints.
What You Should Have:
Startup mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
Proactive communication skills: You effectively collaborate across teams and departments to ensure alignment and deliver results.
Strong experience with Dynamics 365: Previous hands-on experience customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules or similar CRM tools is a MUST. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys is a key plus.
Hands-on approach: You are eager to take initiative and get things done, ensuring solutions are implemented successfully.
Fluency in English: As a global company, clear communication in English is essential.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Agile environments, specifically in facilitating Agile rituals and refining user stories.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with strong interpersonal skills to guide stakeholders and communicate effectively.
